TERMS OF SERVICE

Before placing an order, please carefully review the product description for each item. Many Winners Amélior pieces are made-to-order and require 3–5 weeks of processing prior to shipment.

Our garments are handcrafted with intention and precision. Quality takes time—this is part of the process. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production and shipping timelines outlined below.


SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are fulfilled directly by Winners Amélior.

  • United States Orders

    • In-stock items ship via UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment.

    • If an item is sold out, your order will automatically be treated as a preorder and enter production. Please allow 3–5 weeks for processing before shipment.

  • International Orders

    • Shipped via UPS or USPS

    • Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks after shipment, excluding production time.

Shipping timelines do not include processing time.


ALL SALES FINAL

All Winners Amélior pieces are made-to-order.

  • No returns

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

All sales are final.

If you need to change your size, you must contact us before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
